Wiltshire Outdoor Learning Team
Paddleboard Challenge

New to this year’s festival is a paddleboard race over a approx. 100m course. This fun event, with a competitive edge, is open to men and women, in separate categories, aged 18 plus and will take place on Saturday 2nd September. Entrants must report to the race organisers by 11.30. The organisers will be located on the river side of the Adventure Centre in King George V Park, Melksham. 


The race is limited to 32 competitors, who will be split into 4 mixed heats. The winners of each category from each heat will progress to the semi-finals. The same criteria will establish the line up for the final which will consist of 2 male and 2 female entrants.


The entry fee is £5 per head. For race rules and entry form, please follow the links. Please note that your entry will only be confirmed once the Festival has received your payment. Details of how to pay are on the entry form.

There are prizes for winners and runners-up. The winners in each category will receive a voucher for 2 people (you and a friend or partner) to have a dedicated 21/2 hr tuition session with Paddleboard Batheaston. The runners-up in each category will receive a voucher for 2 people to have a dedicated 11/2hr tuition session.
