Melksham Food and River Festival (MFRF) Steering Committee (the Committee) sometimes asks people for their personal details on forms to book pitches, subscribe to information bulletins, to enter competitions or take part in activities.  The Committee only holds this data for the specified purpose and never shares your data with any third party organisations for marketing purposes. Information you provide to us when booking a stall will only be used by us for the sole purpose of processing your stall booking and verification with local authorities.

 

The Committee owns and controls the personal information it collects via this website and/or via any other method.  The Committee only uses the data for its own advertising, marketing and PR, and record keeping purposes.

The Festival website contains hyperlinks to websites owned and operated by third parties. These third party websites have their own privacy policies, and are also likely to use cookies. RECORDING AT MELKSHAM FOOD & RIVER FESTIVAL

Any person wishing to photograph or film with a camera, video camera or mobile phone camera should respect the privacy of other Festival visitors who may not wish to appear on film or in photographs.  Whilst individuals are free to record their own visit to the Festival for their own use, the individual will not be permitted to sell any moving or static images of the Festival for commercial or other gain.

 

Please be aware it may be illegal to make recordings of activities at the Festival without the participant’s permission. For both audio and audio-visual recordings, the permission of both the participants and the festival organiser may be required.
